Words with 'a' in the middle:
- cat — "The cat is on the mat."
- mat — "Sit on the mat."
- ham — "We eat ham for dinner."
- cap — "He has a red cap."
- map — "Look at the map."
- rat — "A rat ran past!"
Words with 'e' in the middle:
- hen — "The hen has ten chicks."
- red — "I like the red dress."
- ten — "I can count to ten."
- pen — "Give me a pen."
Words with 'i' in the middle:
- dim — "The light is dim."
- hip — "She put her hand on her hip."
- hit — "Hit the ball!"
- rim — "The rim of the cup."
