- 2 × 5 = 10
- 3 × 5 = 15
- 4 × 5 = 20
- 5 × 5 = 25
- 6 × 5 = 30
- 7 × 5 = 35
- 8 × 5 = 40
- 9 × 5 = 45
- 10 × 5 = 50
Notice: every answer ends in 5 or 0. Odd numbers × 5 end in 5. Even numbers × 5 end in 0.
Example 1: 7 × 5 = 35. (7 is odd, so it ends in 5.)
Example 2: 8 × 5 = 40. (8 is even, so it ends in 0.)
Example 3: Funke has 6 coins of ₦5. Total: 6 × ₦5 = ₦30.
