📚 New Concept

Review of your grammar skills:

1. Full sentences have a subject and a verb: "Amina reads a book."

2. Past tense (already happened): "She read a book yesterday."

3. Present tense (happening now): "She is reading a book now."

4. Future tense (will happen): "She will read a book tomorrow."

5. Questions use who, what, where, when, why, how: "What is she reading?"

6. Adjectives describe nouns: "She is reading an interesting book."

7. Comparisons use -er and -est: "This book is longer than that one."

Building a great sentence step by step:

  • Basic: "The boy runs."
  • Add adjective: "The fast boy runs."
  • Add detail: "The fast boy runs to school every morning."
