🌟 Let's Start
In stories, characters often have a problem they need to solve. Today we will hear about Emeka and a big problem he had with his family's goat. Listen carefully for what went wrong and how Emeka fixed it.
📚 The Story
Emeka lived in a small village outside Enugu. His family had a white goat named Nkem. Every day, Emeka tied Nkem to a tree so she could eat grass.
One afternoon, Emeka came home from school and looked for Nkem. But Nkem was gone! The rope was broken, and the goat had run away. This was the problem.
Emeka was very worried. His father would be upset if Nkem was lost. Emeka ran to his neighbour, Mama Eze, and asked, "Have you seen a white goat?" Mama Eze said, "Yes! A white goat went towards the stream."
Emeka ran to the stream. There was Nkem, drinking water happily! Emeka gently took Nkem and led her home. He tied her with a stronger rope this time. This was the solution.
When his father came home, Emeka told him what happened. His father smiled and said, "You were brave and smart to find Nkem. Well done!"
